More Stranded Keralites Travel Back From Nepal Flood Zone; 7 Still Untraced

- Triggered by a massive ice and rock collapse near the Nepal-Tibet border, the disaster sent a torrent of water, mud, and debris downstream on Wednesday, devastating towns and destroying homes, roads, and bridges across several districts.
- Regional rescue efforts have saved more than 4,400 people, though the death toll has reached 675. Nearly 2,400 people remain missing, including at least 275 Indians affected by the disaster.
- NORKA Roots CEO Rajesh Madhavan confirmed 45 of the 52 identified Malayalis are safe, though seven remain untraced. Four Kerala-origin individuals holding Australian citizenship are among those still missing.
