The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 40-year-old man in Alpicat, in Segrià, accused of touching boys, some of whom were minors, according to the Segre newspaper and confirmed by the ACN. The events took place on the night of Saturday to Sunday at the town's main festival venue.
