From 13 October, the Facebook Group will be selling the device in Germany, France and Italy. Meta is launching the glasses in the middle of a data protection debate and promises to take tough action against abuse.
Meta launches its Ray-Ban Display, its glasses with integrated screen, in France. Taking charge of the preview, they impress with their screen integrated into the glass, but suffer from a weak point: the navigation strap, indispensable to control the display.
In addition to the third generation of Ray-Ban Meta, Mark Zuckerberg's group launches the Ray-Ban Meta Audio without camera, new Meta Glasses and will market the Meta Ray-Ban Display, its glasses with screen, in France and in new countries.
The Meta Ray-Ban Display finally features a price and a French release date.
Meta opens on Wednesday 23 September 2026 the pre-orders of its Ray-Ban Display in France, at 899 euros, for an availability on 13 October. These connected glasses embark a small color screen housed in front of the right eye.
