The Conselleira de Medio Rural, María José Gómez, has ratified the support of the Galician government for the poultry sector, taking as an example the contributions for the processing and marketing of agricultural products, which has increased its budget to 23 million euros.
Meat production in Germany has fallen again, with a sharp decline in poultry meat in particular.
