Joël van den Berg has officially completed his transfer to Celtic. The Eindhoven club announced this on Wednesday evening. The nineteen-year-old midfielder was long regarded as one of the great talents in the ranks, but due to fierce competition and the breakthrough of eighteen-year-old Noah Fernandez, he was allowed to leave the reigning champions. PSV is reportedly receiving around four million euros.
