LHD board approves new markets tax credit program
The Lavaca Hospital District Board of Directors met in its regular meeting Monday and approved the New Markets Tax Credit Program (NMTC) contract and term sheet. Hearing from Kevin Reed, Attorney at Law of Reed Claymon Firm, Michael Roney, director of Federal Specialty, NMTC and Danielle Zimmerman, accountant with Forvis Mazars, LLC via a zoom conversation, followed the groups recommendation to go with the contract.
