The explosion of an electric meter in a housing building this past morning has made it difficult to fall asleep in the neighborhood of Sant Roc de Badalona, an area in which the electricity cuts are frequent because of the fraudulent connection that many homes have and that, because of the risk that this practice entails, has sometimes ended in tragedy, as was the case with the deadly fire of January 5, 2019.
