A hazard on the tracks and a wagon like a stray missile. Investigators from the Railway Inspection have uncovered the causes of a dangerous accident in the Tachov region. A truck with faulty brakes and without a valid technical inspection traveled twelve kilometers from Mariánské Lázně last October before crashing into a train carrying wood. According to the inspectors, the incident was caused by human error.
