The head of the SPPG kitchen in Surabaya, Hendi Wirawan bin Soekirno (32), is suspected of having his own way of embezzling cooking oil from his workplace.
Police arrested HW (32 years old), a cook at one of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) in the Dukuh Kupang area, Surabaya, who was caught embezzling 18 liters of used frying oil (used cooking oil). Sawahan Police Chief Commissioner Muljono explained that the used cooking oil embezzlement operation was carried out three times on different dates.
