CARMEL — The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference and the Ohio Athletic Conference have entered into a formal strategic alliance designed to preserve competitive opportunities, support sustainable sport sponsorship and provide greater stability for NCAA Division III student-athletes and member institutions.
