Harry and Meghan 'should get state-funded security', says ex-royal protection officer
Scott Hamer said specialist police can provide intelligence and armed protection that private firms cannot match, reigniting the dispute over who should pay.
As Harry and Meghan return to the UK, former senior royal protection officer Scott Hamer has told Sky's Laura Bundock that the state should fund their security.
