Winless Streak Reaches One Year as Pacific FC Grabs Point Against Toronto in Langford
Yann Toualy scored for Pacific, but Luke Singh answered as the Tridents reached 26 winless matches across all competitions.
Pacific FC drew 1-1 with Inter Toronto on Saturday, August 8, in Langford, ending a five-game losing streak. Yann Toualy scored in the 44th minute before Luke Singh equalized from 35 yards in the 63rd.
Since defeating Vancouver FC on August 10, 2025, the Tridents have gone winless in 26 matches across all competitions, officially marking one full year without victory. Ten of those results came at season's end in 2025, bleeding into 2026.
Following a brilliant run by Ronan Kratt down the touchline, Toualy steered the ball into the bottom corner for his third goal of the season. Himaras's error—playing the ball on the ground—allowed Singh to intercept and finish.
The Tridents sit at the bottom of the 2026 CPL table with a 0-11-4 record through 15 matches. Neither side could find a go-ahead marker after Singh's equalizer, forcing both teams to settle for a single point.
Pacific will face Vancouver FC in Langley on Friday, August 14, seeking to end the winless streak. Confidence in the attack continues to grow under Terry Dunfield, offering hope for the upcoming match.
