The Minister of the STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) Gilmar Mendes has marked the judgment on a point of order to bring to the plenary an action that discusses whether the Union should pay compensation to the sugar and alcohol sector for setting prices for the extinct IAA (Institute of the European Communities)
