The Schwyzois Dominik Hartman, was awarded "Cuisinier of the Year 2027" by the gourmet guide Gault and Millau. For the first time, the prize is won by a chef offering exclusively vegetarian cuisine.
On Monday, October 5, GaultMillau Switzerland will present the new gourmet guide for the coming year. Dominik Hartmann will be chef of the year 2027 from the restaurant Magdalena in Rickenbach SZ.
The Schwyzer Dominik Hartmann wins the Gault Millau title "Koch des Jahres 2027" with his restaurant Magdalena. This makes him the first boss to win the award with purely vegetarian cuisine.
