Last week, the FBI released its 2025 Reported Crime Statistics. In a summary of the data, the FBI said that “hate crimes motivated by religious bias accounted for 2,703 single-bias offenses reported by law enforcement.” 62.3% of the religiously motivated hate crime offenses were anti-Jewish. 9.6% were anti-Muslim. 7% were anti-Sikh. 3% were anti-Catholic. Almost two-thirds of all religion-based hate crimes in the US in 2025 were against Jews, the FBI revealed in its newly released Reported Crimes in the Nation.
