A scandalous truth has emerged in the updated list of fraudulent food products by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Horse and donkey meat (from equines) was detected in sausages under the "Kocaağa Çiftliği" brand, produced by Saffet Et Ürünleri in Kırklareli. The fraud didn't stop there; equine meat was also found in tantuni, minced meat stew, and lahmacun fillings in Mersin and Manisa.

According to the latest adulteration list published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, horse and donkey meat (equine meat) was detected in sausages produced by Saffet Meat Products.
