Fabric production in Tajikistan falls nearly 38%

Fabric production in Tajikistan fell by nearly 38% in the first half of 2026, even as the country increased its output and exports of cotton fiber. Overall production of textiles and clothing reached 1.216 billion somoni during the six-month period.
