Dunwoody allows vape shops but with distance restrictions

City council members came to a unanimous decision Aug. 10 to allow vape shops in Dunwoody’s retail districts but with strict distance requirements from schools, places of worship, existing vape shops and gas stations. The decision comes three months after council members discussed a total ban on vape shops within the city.

New laws target vape shops, youth access
