On Friday morning, police officers in Ústí nad Labem checked a vehicle with one wheel without a tire, driving on its rim. A witness reported the dangerous driving of the vehicle to the 158 hotline. When the patrol tracked down the car, they found the driver sleeping inside, who was so drunk that he could not even speak. The check ultimately resulted in an assault on a police officer.
Police in Ústí nad Labem stopped a 26-year-old man this morning who was driving without a tire on the rim. A breath test showed 2.48 per mille of alcohol. The man then physically attacked a police officer. He attacked the police officers again at the checkpoint. He faces four years in prison. The police reported this today on the social network X.
