French PM admits few ministries meet cyber standards after large hacks

The Prime Minister has asked the National Information Systems Security Agency to propose by Friday a team capable of intervening on the front line in case of suspicion of cyberattack against the state.
Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu has asked the National Agency for Information Systems Security (ANSSI) to set up a "new cyber unit" in a position to intervene in the face of numerous cyber attacks affecting the state on Wednesday, 19 August.
Mobilizable as soon as a ministry's sensitive access violation occurs, this unit will be composed of agents of the ANSSI. The contours of this "task force" remain to be defined.
