Chilliwack council refers townhouse rezoning plan back to city staff

A plan to rezone a lot on Collins Drive in Chilliwack to allow for a townhouse development was referred back to city staff for further consultation on Tuesday (Aug. 18). The plan would see the lot located at 45925 Collins Dr. be rezoned from an urban residential zone to a low density multi-unit secondary suite zone.
