Delhi Gym Trainer Imran Arrested After Muskan Killing Manhunt
Police said more than 15 teams tracked the former gym trainer after the 21-year-old student was stabbed at her home.

- Police report the two had known each other for 18 months after meeting at the gym where Imran worked as a trainer. Investigators suspect he became enraged over Muskan's recent social interactions, prompting the fatal attack.
- More than 15 police teams tracked Imran across Delhi until locating him in Rajouri Garden. A gunfight ensued when he opened fire; police returned fire and shot him in the leg before apprehending him.
- Following his arrest, Imran was admitted to a hospital for treatment of his leg injuries. Deputy Commissioner of Police Hareshwar V. Swami confirmed that questioning and further investigation are underway.
- Investigators revealed Imran had previous criminal involvement in a 2021 assault case and faced attempted culpable homicide charges. He had been removed from his gym position two months ago over alleged inappropriate behavior and struggled with drug addiction.
