The writer won the 64th edition of the award with "L'immensa distraction" (Einaudi). Alcide Pierantozzi, second place, followed by Elena Varvello, Valeria Parrella and Ermanno Cavazzoni. The ceremony was held at Palazzo del Cinema del Lido in Venice
