MUNICH - Two Bulgarians detained after the September 3 arson attack in Munich, Germany, were part of a group linked to Russia's GRU military intelligence agency. The group operated from Slovakia, the German daily Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported, citing security sources.
