The United States Army has selected Boeing to advance to the second phase of the competition for the development of a new medium-range interceptor. The weapon will be part of the Integrated Fires Protection Capability Increment 2 Second Interceptor, known as IFPC Inc. 2, and will be developed with the participation of Anduril Rocket Motor Systems.
