A. received seven months of pre-trial detention for the alleged offence of illicit drug trafficking in the form of attenuated forms of processing, marketing and possession, after attempting to bring drugs into its private parts of the Socabaya prison. The measure was obtained by the Third Office of the First Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor ' s Office of Paucarpata.
