Speaking to the media on Sunday, Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said, "ACP Vivek Bhagat is a molester. He is an arrogant, mean, and rude officer. The saddest thing is that the entire police force has sided with him. No one needs permission in cases of rape or sexual assault. The country's law allows for action against him."
