A young man drowned in a drain in Kanchanpur village, Maihar district, on Wednesday-Thursday night. He had gone out to urinate. The drain was overflowing due to rain, and he fell into it, drowning in the strong current. The deceased has been identified as 45-year-old Kallu Saket, son of Mahesh Saket.
