A 50-year-old man and Spanish nationality died this afternoon while bathing on the beach of Llevant de Cunit, in Tarragona. The alert to emergency telephone 112 was received shortly before 2:00 p.m. The rescuer of the beach had taken an unconscious man out of the water and was practicing resuscitation maneuvers.
