ACLU · PeoriaPEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A major civil rights group is urging the Peoria Police Department to investigate officer conduct after an incident between police and a crowd after Sunday's shooting. The American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois and Peoria chapters are saying police need to do a "comprehensive investigation of the incident and be completely transparent of the entire incident," a release from ACLU of Illinois spokesman Ed Yohnka said.
