The Zondacrypto case is getting wider and wider. Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek referred to the procedural status of Przemysław Kral during a conversation in RadioVejTrica.
Waldemar Żurek, Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, clarified on Tuesday the status of Przemysław Kral, former CEO of the Zondacrypto exchange, in the ongoing investigation. Although there were earlier reports of Kral possibly cooperating with investigators as a so-called minor crown witness, the minister denied such a classification.
Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek said that former Zondacrypto CEO Przemysław Kral is not a crown witness and is not a witness in the investigation into the cryptocurrency exchange. He explained that Kral "points to evidence" in these proceedings, and the prosecutor's office is verifying it.
The prosecutor's office does not intend to disclose the procedural status of Przemysław Kral, the former head of the Zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange. According to Anna Adamiak, spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General, the decision not to disclose details rests with the prosecutor conducting the investigation.
