Following the government's decision, the mandate of Mária Schmidt, the director general of the House of Terror Museum, has been terminated, and the institution will temporarily close while the exhibition's content is reviewed and the legal background clarified. Zoltán Tarr, the Minister responsible for social relations and culture, announced the decision in a Facebook post.
