Zetwerk IPO: Zetwerk Files Updated IPO Draft Papers to Raise Rs 2,600 Crore

- On Thursday, Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses filed an updated DRHP with Sebi for its initial public offering, targeting up to ₹2,600 crore in fresh capital through a new share issue.
- Of the fresh proceeds, Zetwerk plans to use ₹1,250 crore for company-level debt repayment and ₹550 crore to address subsidiary borrowings, with the IPO also comprising an offer for sale of 96.8 million shares by existing investors.
- Zetwerk's revenue from operations jumped 40.4 per cent to ₹15,913 crore in FY26, while adjusted EBITDA quadrupled to ₹421 crore from ₹97 crore in FY24, and the manufacturing order book doubled to ₹12,370 crore.
- The filing comes as India's primary market revives, with 22 companies launching or announcing IPOs since July; Zetwerk is backed by investors including Accel, Peak XV, and Lightspeed.
- Serving 1,100 customers across 26 owned facilities, Zetwerk positions itself for growth as international markets contributed nearly 30 per cent of manufacturing revenue in FY26.
