Health Minister Emil Ceban said on Wednesday, 6 May, after the Government meeting, that the authorities are looking into the possibility of abandoning the obligation of the graduates of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemițanu", who have done their studies on state money, to return the training expenses if they refuse to distribute them to the territory.
