Yemeni Minister of Health Qasim Habibeh warned that rising waves of displacement exceeded the capacity of the health sector to absorb, with declining funding and shortages of medicines, supplies, and fuel. He said that 19.3 million people needed health assistance, while the response funding was only 17% of the needs, indicating that less than half of the health facilities were fully operational.
