Morocco's Foreign Minister, Naser Burita, has assured that the situation around Western Sahara is "at a turning point" following the resolution adopted about a year ago by the United Nations Security Council on Rabat's autonomy plan for the territory, before insisting that the dispute is on an "irreversible" path, despite the firm opposition of the Frente Polisario to this path.
