WORCESTER COUNTY, Md. – The Superintendent of Public Schools is working to make stronger community connections in the county. Dr. Annette Wallace is doing it by sharing some quality time with residents. She calls it the Diet Coke with Supt series, and it occurs at the local McDonald’s.
