Women Leaders Association Names Ursula Pottinga as First Minneapolis Coaching Partner with Neuroscience-Based Coaching
The new program gives members access to vetted executive coaches, and the association plans to expand it across more than 130 chapters.
On Thursday, September 10, 2026, the Women Leaders Association announced Ursula Pottinga as the first official Coaching Partner for its Minneapolis chapter, giving members direct access to vetted executive coaches.
The Coaching Partners program addresses a persistent member challenge, as executive coaching is high-impact but difficult to shop for due to unregulated titles and varying quality standards.
Pottinga, a Twin Cities-based founder of Profound Growth, brings extensive expertise, having coached leaders for more than 25 years and trained other certified coaches in neuroscience-based techniques since 2004.
Minneapolis-Area members can now view Pottinga's credentials, schedule a complimentary "Breakthrough Session," or send private notes through the site. Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association, said Pottinga "clears that bar and then some."
The Minneapolis launch marks the start of a national rollout, with the Women Leaders Association planning to extend the Coaching Partners program across its more than 130 chapters serving 43,000 members.
