- During a search of the residence, authorities discovered a white plate with a food stamp card, a "tooter" and a white powder substance. Thibodeaux allegedly admitted to ingesting cocaine inside the apartment.
- Thibodeaux faces charges of child neglect creating risk of injury and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail. The child received medical evaluation at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
