Wilmington Selectboard approves 1% funds for business in uncommon motion

WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Selectboard approved a 1% local option request for WheelPad L3C at its regular meeting Tuesday evening. It was unusual, as the funding hasn’t historically been awarded to or considered for businesses.
