On 1 October, the judicial court in Paris found the pharmacologist and the carcinologist, as well as two accomplices, guilty of having administered without any authorization a so-called miracle remedy to more than 400 patients suffering from neurodegenerative disorders.
The pharmacist Jean-Bernard Fourtillan, who was prosecuted for organizing wild clinical trials on 402 patients, was sentenced this Thursday to four years in prison. The sentence was lighter for his accomplice, the antivax oncologist Henri Joyeux, who has little escape from detention.
