WIGGINS, Miss. (WXXV)- A nurse in Wiggins is being honored for her service earlier this year. Thursday, the Wiggins Police Department presented an award to a hero. Nurse Megan was one of the first people on the scene of a motorcycle crash on Highway 49. She immediately sprang into action and provided life-saving care until EMS could arrive. Officials saying her actions saved a life that day and she deserves to be recognized for her efforts. …
