After more than 17 years at the head of the company, he asked the Supervisory Board to terminate his mandate prematurely, the Company informs. The Supervisory Board has fulfilled this wish and has appointed Gerhard Hanke, COO Zentral & Ost and Deputy CEO, as interim CEO with immediate effect. The Company is now starting a structured search for a long-term successor.
