Gov. Hobbs Orders Flags to Half-Staff for Fallen Timber Mesa Firefighters

Governor Katie Hobbs has ordered flags at all state buildings to be lowered to half-staff this weekend in honor of two Timber Mesa Fire District firefighters who died in a vehicle collision while on duty. Flags will be lowered on Friday, Sept. 26, for Brenna Kulikowski, and again on Saturday, Sept. 27, for Damon Thompson. Timber Mesa firefighters Brenna Kulikowsi and Damon Thompson were killed in an on-duty crash near Heber. A memorial service for Kulikowski will be held on Sept. 26. A service for Thompson will be held on Saturday.
