WEIRTON, W.Va. (WTRF) - WVU Medicine Weirton Medical Center has purchased and supplied new Stop the Bleed kits to strengthen emergency response in the community. This week, West Virginia State Police troopers from Hancock and Brooke counties trained with the equipment at the hospital.
