LANDER, Wyo. — Fremont County’s Weiser Knoll Fire, which quickly became the largest of 2026 in Wyoming and burned nearly 16,000 acres, is nearly completely contained. Crews dedicated the weekend to cleanup operations and restoring bulldozer lines.
