Since the end of February, thousands of men in Belarus have begun to receive military summons without prior notice – unscheduled military charges have been announced in the country. Vladimir Zelensky reported earlier on the preparation of joint Belarusian-Russian exercises. In 2022, the President of Ukraine recalled that it was the same manoeuvres that followed the Russian army's offensive on Kiev and other Ukrainian cities from Belarus.
