Watterson Joins Andersen Corporation as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

On Dec. 15, 2025, Andersen named Laura Watterson senior vice president and chief human resources officer in Bayport, Minn.; Galvin said, `Laura is a highly strategic and growth-oriented leader who is passionate about people and committed to developing high-performing teams.`
Watterson will succeed Karen Richard as chief human resources officer, who will retire at the end of this year after more than a decade leading Andersen's human resources function.
Joining from CWT, Watterson led HR through the sale to American Express Global Business Travel and will lead Andersen's HR organization, including business HR and culture enablement.
Watterson will oversee Andersen's HR functions that affect its more than 13,000 employees, including talent, rewards, communications, and enterprise security, advancing the company's inclusive goals.
Rooted in a 1903 founding, Andersen Corporation operates manufacturing sites across North America and Europe and earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 2024 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year.
