The 6th ordinary session of the IWRM Ministerial Follow-up Committee was held on 23 September 2026, on the sidelines of the West African Regional Water Forum. Challenges for the region are growing day-to-day. Climate change, ecosystem degradation, pollution and demographic pressure threaten the region's water resources.
