The Israeli Defense Forces said that on Saturday afternoon (21st), an airstrike targeted a vehicle traveling in Gaza City, killing Raed Saed, a senior Hamas commander. Saed was one of the key planners of the planned terrorist attacks against Israel by Hamas on October 7, 2023.
